Specialized in environmental law and climate change, Ana Claudia is recognized for her work in infrastructure and capital projects.
With a solid career, she combines institutional experience and the strategic vision necessary to tackle the environmental challenges in large projects. She has served as a judge in the State of Sao Paulo until 2006 and, since 2007, she has been practicing exclusively in environmental law, advising clients on projects in energy, sanitation, highway, port, among other sectors.
Recognized for her practice both in litigation (judicial and administrative) and consulting, Ana Claudia is a reference in building legal solutions that conciliate legal safety, economic feasibility, and social-environmental sustainability.
Her practice encompasses strategic legal assistance to due diligence processes, asset acquisition and development, environmental licensing of large ventures, liabilities and contaminated area management, compliance with requirements from regulatory bodies, and structuring of solutions to mitigate environmental risks.
