Leonardo is a reference in the infrastructure industry and capital projects, as well as an arbitrator with renowned participation in complex disputes and complex engineering contracts. With vast experience in M&A, arbitration, and strategic conflict resolution, Leonardo has been a protagonist in the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated contracts such as EPC Turnkey, EPCM, DBB, and Alliance Contracts – being recognized as one of the main names in the construction industry.

In the last few years, Leonardo has acted as lead counselor in emblematic projects in Brazil, including railways, highways, metro rails, arenas, port terminals, power plants (hydroelectric, petrochemical, and bioenergy plants), water treatment plants, and prison facilities.

Renowned for his profound technical expertise complemented by a strategic business perspective, Leonardo serves as both counsel and arbitrator in highly complex disputes, consistently delivering excellence in the resolution of sophisticated legal matters.
