Adriana is a reference in infrastructure and capital projects, as well an arbitrator practicing in contract negotiation, construction work management, and complex dispute resolution, including arbitration proceedings, and dispute boards.
She is a Ph.D Professor of International Commerce Law at Universidade de São Paulo Law School (USP), combining a solid academic education and the legal practice specialized in complex engineering projects.
She has vast experience in different contract types – such as turnkey and fixed-price contracts, single management, PMG, EPC and EPCM management – in various industries such as highway, railway, port, airport, shipyard, energy plants (wind, solar, hydroelectrical and thermoelectrical), transmission lines, industrial plants, and real estate developments (shopping malls, hotels, commercial and residential buildings.)
Adriana has vast experience in private arbitration proceedings as well as proceedings involving the Government, as well as in permanent and ad hoc dispute boards, combining technical expertise and strategic vision in the resolution of highly complex disputes.
