Ellena focuses her practice on consulting services in the construction, energy, infrastructure sectors and capital projects.
She has experience with corporate transactions, including drafting corporate bylaws, minutes, shareholders’ agreements, as well as monitoring the filings with the relevant authorities.
She has previously worked as in-house counsel for a civil construction company focused on energy, where she was responsible for the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts, drafting of claims, assistance in bidding processes, in addition to the management of legal and paralegal claims together with external law firms.
