Maria Luiza focuses her practice on infrastructure and capital projects, particularly arbitration and contract management, including participation in dispute prevention and resolution committees.

Maria Luiza advises and represents clients on complex construction contracts (EPC, EPCM, and works by the job), by preparing and presenting requests, risk assessments, legal opinions, and communication throughout the execution of the projects.

She also represents clients in arbitration proceedings before the main chambers such as CAM-CCBC, ICC, Ciesp/Fiesp, and CAM-B3.
