Mariana focuses her practice on complex contracts in the infrastructure sector and capital projects, particularly the analysis, drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts such as EPC, EPCM, O&M, BOO, among others.

Her practice includes the structuring of contract models for large projects, detailed risk analysis and definition of strategic premises, offering continuous assistance to the project teams throughout all contractual stages.

Mariana combines technical expertise and strategic vision to ensure legal safety and business alignment in highly complex enterprises.
