His practice includes advising on foreign direct investment (FDI), joint ventures, international transactions, and complex contract structures, assisting multinational clients in aligning legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects in strategic projects.
Rafael is currently pursuing his master’s degree in international relations focused on geoeconomic, FDI, and legal frameworks for the development and financing of infrastructure – which confers analytical depth to his legal practice, particularly in risk assessment and regulatory strategy in international operations.
