Thais has focused her practice on complex and strategic litigation, particularly in national and international arbitration procedures, as well as consultancy in projects involving business contracts.

Thais works with the negotiation and management of complex contracts, having vast experience in drafting and filing requests in highly complex disputes.

She has participated in arbitrations in Brazil, France and the United Kingdom – both institutional and ad hoc – according to the rules of the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, CAM-CCBC, CIESP/FIESP and CAM B3, in disputes involving the energy, construction, oil and gas sectors, capital markets, and corporate law.

Her practice combines a strategic vision, technical knowledge, and international practice in dispute resolution.
