Specialized in infrastructure, construction, and energy projects, Natália has over 10 years of experience at renowned law firms and legal departments of major Brazilian and multinational companies.
Her practice covers the areas of infrastructure, construction, logistics, railway and industrial operations, with a focus on complex business contracts, negotiation, contract management, legal structuring of operations and projects, as well as consulting in commercial and civil law.
In recent years, she has been actively involved in negotiations to implement renewable energy generation projects totaling approximately 10 GW of installed capacity, consolidating her role in large-scale and high-impact projects within the sector.
