His work involves drafting and negotiating contracts such as EPC, EPCM, BOT, BOO, DBB, Alliance, and O&M, as well as legal modeling of projects and structuring of fundraising operations. Rodrigo also plays an active role in extrajudicial dispute resolution, by means of arbitration and dispute boards.
