Thais Tenani

Thais is an associate whose practice is focused both on complex and strategic international and national arbitration disputes, as well as in construction projects including drafting and negotiation complex contracts, contract management, and the preparation and presentation of claims. Thais has acted mainly in cases related to infrastructure, energy and oil and gas sector, corporate and security disputes.

Her experiences includes proceedings seated in Brazil, France and United Kingdom, conducted in accordance with arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC), the CIESP/FIESP Chamber for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM)
